TELEPHONE BANKING AUTOMATED SYSTEM

Translated scripts, partial phrases and terminology from English into Spanish.  Identified and edited errors in the English source language and provided accurate translations into Spanish, the target language.  Also identified duplicate phraseology for proper evaluation by the client

OVER-THE-PHONE INTERPRETATION (OPI)

COVID-19 and Pandemic Period:  Provided over-the-phone English and Spanish interpretation for       311 operators, educators, psychological treatment and counseling sessions for the Department of Corrections and more.

ON-SITE CONSECUTIVE & SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION

Provided on-site English and Spanish consecutive interpretation for Spanish-speaking patients during their medical and dental appointments.  Dental interpretation sessions ranged from regular dental appointments to maxillofacial dental evaluations.  Medical interpretation sessions ranged from hand surgery evaluations and follow-ups to outpatient examinations, pain management, and physical therapy sessions.  Legal interpretation sessions were provided for depositions, workmen’s compensations, and class action suits.  Community interpretation sessions were also provided dealing with issues related to social services, school systems, and community relations.  Provided interpretation services on immigration subjects for the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and the United States Department of Homeland Security and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
